Your Small Wedding Your Way at The Barn at Holly Farm

The Barn at Holly Farm is an ideal location for your intimate wedding. Our charming indoor spaces inside the historic and beautifully restored Barn, including our Breezeway, are perfect for small weddings of up to 40 guests. Outside on the grounds are several lovely ceremonial spots including the South Lawn Patio, the South Barn Patio, the Farmyard and the Tall Trees Field.

Elopement Package – up to 20 guests from $2,200

What's Included:

  • A complimentary day of assistant /decorator to work with you to efficiently plan & host your celebration.
  • 3 hours on a Monday – Thursday in our beautiful refurbished barn Breezeway, South Barn Patio and/or ceremony South Lawn Patio.
  • Folding chairs as needed.
  • A non-denominational officiant.
  • Our Bridal Suite and Den for getting ready.
  • A simple rose bridal bouquet.
  • A simple boutonniere (or 2 bouquets)
  • Arbor or wine barrels for ceremony area.
  • Simple decor from our Design Studio provided from one design meeting.
  • A beautiful 6” cutting cake.
  • Sparkling cider toast for all.
  • Plastic drink ware, service wear and white napkins.
  • Set up, tear down and clean up included.

Intimate Wedding – up to 20 guests from $3,800

  • A complimentary designer/florist/decorator to work with you to plan & host your celebration.
  • 6 hours in our beautiful refurbished barn Breezeway, South Lawn Patio or Farmyard spaces.
  • 20 folding chairs for guests.
  • Beautiful cutting cake on custom platter - for 20 people.
  • A non-denominational officiant.
  • Our Bridal Suite and Den rooms for getting ready.
  • A color coordinated bridal bouquet & boutonniere (or 2 bouquets).
  • Arbor/arch for the ceremony area.
  • Decor from our Design Studio provided from one design meeting.
  • Wine barrel 'tables' for drinks and food.
  • An appetizer array including a variety of meats, cheeses, spreads and breads.
  • Sparkling cider toast.
  • Recycle drinkware, service wear and white napkins.
  • Use of our music system (speaker and microphone) for your play list and toasts.
  • Set up, tear down and clean up included.
  • Umbrellas and awning supplied as needed.

You and your guests enjoy your celebration, and we provide the labor!

Reception or Private Celebration

Dining in the Breezewayup to 50 guests from $7,000

What's included:

  • A complimentary designer/florist/decorator to work with you to plan & host your celebration.
  • 8 hours in our beautiful refurbished barn Breezeway, South Lawn Patio, Farmyard or Tall Trees spaces.
  • Chairs for guests as needed.
  • Scattered tables for socializing.
  • Our Bridal Suite and Den for getting ready.
  • A bridal bouquet & a boutonniere (or 2 bouquets) PLUS loose flowers for decor.
  • Decor from our Design Studio provided from two design meetings.
  • A beautiful wooden arch for ceremonies.
  • Farm tables or wine barrels for catered food and drinks.
  • Linens as needed.
  • 2 farm tables and benches or chairs for dining.
  • Couple’s crystal glasses (borrowed for event).
  • A beautiful cutting cake on custom platter.
  • A delicious appetizer array of meat, cheese, spreads and bread boards (vegetarian options available).
  • Sparkling cider or champagne toast (beer & wine quoted by request).
  • Herb or fruit infused water.
  • Recycle drinkware, service wear and white napkins.
  • Use of our music system (speaker and microphone) for your play list and toasts.
  • Fire pit and manager.
  • Set up, tear down and clean up included (of barn owned furnishings).
